How much is the scholarship?
Johnny’s Hope provides a $1,000 scholarship to the selected recipient.
Who is eligible?

Applicants must be planning to attend or currently attending an accredited
post-secondary institution or technical vocational/trade school to pursue a
degree in nursing. -
Applicants must have a minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA (4.00 scale).
How are applications scored?

Essay (50 points)

Grade point average (10 points)

Community/school involvement (20 points)

Letter of recommendation (20 points)
How do I apply for the scholarship?
E-mail a completed/typed application package to Johnnyhope0311@gmail.com with
“Application for Hayley Rayburn Nursing Scholarship” in the subject line.
